At Ball Club Sports, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:

Be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.

Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

Include all original tags, packaging, and accessories.

Not show signs of damage caused by misuse, washing, alterations, or normal wear and tear.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
How to Request a Return

Clear photos of the product (if applicable)
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:

Refunds will be processed using your original payment method whenever applicable.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, approved refunds will be processed through an agreed payment method such as a bank transfer or digital wallet.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake or a defective product.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange products if you receive:

Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Clearance or final sale items

Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

Products returned without original tags or packaging
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

The product is defective

The wrong item was shipped

The product was damaged during delivery
We recommend using a trackable courier service when returning items, as Ball Club Sports cannot be responsible for parcels lost during return shipping.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and will instead be handled according to this Return & Refund Policy.
